For commissioning & acceptance of equipment, KRS assigns a Service Engineer to be responsible for on-site training of operations & maintenance personnel. On-site training includes common trouble shooting methods.
For issues that arise after commissioning KRS has a 24/7 service line available. If an issue cannot be resolved over the phone, KRS will quickly dispatch a Service Engineer to the site to resolve it.
KRS also supplies genuine spare parts to keep equipment running optimally.
